1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We may process your name, company name, email address, telephone number, selected type and description of work, and information contained in submitted documents and attachments. To protect the form, we may also process your IP address, basic browser data and security signals used by Cloudflare Turnstile.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond, prepare a quotation, agree the scope and take steps before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. B2B correspondence, protection of the form against abuse and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims are based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with OVHcloud as the server provider, VH.pl as the provider of our corporate email service, Cloudflare in connection with Turnstile and contact-form abuse protection, and providers of IT, accounting or legal services, only to the extent required to provide those services. The form sends messages directly through Network Team's corporate email account. We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer is based on safeguards provided for by the GDPR, including an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not result in cooperation are retained for up to 6 months from the last contact. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the contract, the periods required by accounting and tax law and the time needed to protect against legal claims. Attachments are retained for the same period as the correspondence to which they relate. Rejected spam and disallowed files are not retained. A shortened identifier used by the website to limit submission attempts is created with a hashing function and retained in server memory for no longer than 24 hours. Technology providers may apply their own retention periods under their service terms.

7. Your rights

You may have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form and object to processing, as provided by the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, but fields marked as required are necessary for us to respond and prepare information concerning the requested service.

9. Automated decision-making

Data submitted through the form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Cookies and technical data

The website does not use cookies for advertising, profiling or marketing analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile and infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms strictly necessary for security, bot detection and correct operation of the website. If analytics or other optional mechanisms are added in the future, this policy and the consent process will be updated accordingly.

11. Security

We use submission rate limits, anti-spam verification, checks on the number, size and type of attachments, and encrypted HTTPS connections. Form content and attachments are not stored in the website database; they are passed to the email service.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the website, contact form, technology providers or applicable legal requirements change. The current version is always published at this address.
